Creepshow 2 is like the original Creepshow in that it follows the classic horror comic books and brings them to the screen. There are even snippets of an actual horror cartoon in between the short stories as well.

Even though the cartoon segments are not well done, the short stories manage to spark some interest. Ol’ Chief Woodenhead: The first story is, hands down, the best of the lot. The acting is not bad, the setting is very well done and realistic for the story and there is an actual frightening feeling to this one, not the usual cheesy horror Creepshow is known for.
