Account Summary Balance updates after stay has been completed. I was using this app until the last of 10 purchases. The app double booked and they refuse to refund, even though I have in writing from them that the other booking was when I 'wasn't logged in.' I had wanted to cancel before the trip and did so promptly before the required day, but, of course, the second booking was not cancelled and was not in the app and I am still fighting this on the grounds of wrongful charge.

Unacceptable and terrible customer service. I won't even be finishing the '10 nights.' Don't use this app and books straight with the hotel, please save yourself the headache. I have stayed at thousands of hotels and this app only makes things more complicated for check-in. I have been turned away before because the hotel was full. I did get a refund that time.
