Hi, anyone in here who knows which (Windows) driver there should be installed to use the USB serial console port on the new SRX300 gateways? I'm not able to find information about which chipset that has been used and cannot find any relevant download on juniper.net (neither for SRX300, SRX340, SRX345 or SRX1500 which I expect uses the same chipset). The suggested driver for EX2200-C and EX4300 usb serial console does not give any positive result. Windows still reports a missing driver. Any suggestions?

I have tried to download the latest version of the VCP CP210x driver from but the SRX300 device is not recognized correctly by this driver. Basically Juniper needs to provide an updated driver for the VCP interface for all newer SRX gateways (300/320/340/345/550/1500). Anyway - thanks again.
